How Fire-Safe Is Your Establishment?
Find Out With A Professional Fire Safety Inspection Today!

Your family, home or business is your life and livelihood. Make sure it is safe for you, your family and your customers. Priority Inspectors help prepare you for a new purchase or current occupancy.

Our fire safety inspectors will inspect your home or building's Fire Emergency Notification System, Log book, Smoke detectors, Fire extinguisher condition and expiration dates, FD connections, Exit lighting, Addressing, Occupancy signs, Exit doors, Fire escapes and stairways.

We will inspect the parameters of your home or building for fire prevention options you may not have looked at before or are now required to have by the agency having jurisdiction in your area.

Our goal is to save lives, property and save you money by lowering your insurance rates and reducing possible liability. Minimum visual inspections should be done at least monthly, however, weekly checks are recommended. Alarm and water flow testing should be performed yearly and properly recorded in the on site log book. In high hazard buildings, testing must also be performed yearly but recommended monthly and in some cases, even weekly. P. I. offers evaluation and documentation of Fire Drills.

In addition to inspections, Priority Inspections can arrange the necessary certified professionals to install and or annually service your fixed and portable fire extinguishers, room smoke detectors, smoke exhaust fans, fire and emergency monitored alarm and sprinkler systems.

Priority Inspections can also arrange and coordinate professional maintenance and repair of old systems or the installation of entirely new and modern detection and extinguishing systems. On average, 96% of all fires in sprinklered buildings were either extinguished or kept in check until completely extinguished by firefighters.

We can also arrange fire safety and fire extinguisher training for your employees and tenants. Having systems installed is just not enough, people must know where they are and how to use them properly.

Our Inspectors can also assist with evacuation plans, escape routes and accountability so you will know if your family or employees are out of the building. We offer Fire Watch services for insurance protection on new construction and occupant safety should your old system be deactivated or down for an extended length of time.

In addition, we will help provide the necessary information for you to complete the insurance forms to meet your insurance company requirements for better fire and liability rates.
